Oh how I missed writing about the adventures of this group, and don't worry if the first day is any indication, this should be one of the most entertaining years yet.

Lift off at 0300, well that was the plan anyway...

 Packing the vehicles can always prove to be an interesting experience....especially when to large kayaks are involved. Without much cursing and hating the cars were loaded up with enough stuff for several months on a deserted island.

 

 Hannah made us cookies!!! =) cant wait for her to join us for the second week.

Only leaving 34 minutes after scheduled take off. 

                                                           And my but warmer on low.

 We are off!

Still a loooong way to go to heaven, but thankfully I had a good crew to drive with. We entertained ourselves by racing with old men in blue sports cars and Ari entertained himself with ice cubes that he decided to put down my shirt and watch me do the ice dance.

  We ran into a little traffic....

 And dropped down to uh not moving on 95. thankfully

I did have to be careful I did not impale myself on the fishing rod that was keeping company with me in the front seat.

 Steph was not quite sure how to pump her own gas.

 We found ourselves needing to entertain ourselves so we decided to take pictures of our traveling partners.

                                          So glad we are on this side of of the road!!!!

                               Yeah I don't know. After 9 hours in a car, everyone goes nuts.

                                        Heaven - And we didn't even need to die to get here.

Myself and Kyle met with the home owners to get the key.  They were so wonderful and sweet. 

We got out KEY! and we rode the ELEVATOR down! =)

 Kyle relaxing on the front porch, there was a wonderful breeze, and lets face it, relaxing in Myrtle Beach is better then relaxing in New Jersey.

 

We did not waste any anytime relaxing and getting into vacation mode.

 

 I really missed my porch! 

 where myself and Beth Anne are staying.

I am going to have to create a part of the blog for pictures of people sleeping.

 

Our first trip to the liquor store.

 Apparently you should not send us to the liquor store....

 So Ari got these flip flops (starts out innocent enough) and Ari being a college student with no money they must have multiple uses...so what is  more useful then a bottle opener on a flip flop? When I find out I will let you know.

 ahahahahahah

 

Yeah it went everywhere!!!! we had to clean everything.

 

So off to dinner at Beck's, the best seafood!

 

Next door is the nick nack store. so while they went inside myself ari and jimmy stayed out and found this game...

 

 

Ari of course used his engineering skills and figured out how the best way to do it was.

 

 

And before you know it we had a crowed.

So it was a wonderful first day in heaven. Sorry for the delayed blog, I was so tired I fell asleep before finshing, I will do better in the future.
